Your phone line holds one call. Everyone else hears a busy signal — and dials the next contractor. Dominion AI answers unlimited calls simultaneously, in English or Spanish, flags real emergencies to your cell, and books the rest straight into your calendar.
Ask it for a Saturday AC repair. Try it in Spanish. Try calling twice at the same time.
You pay nothing until it books you a real appointment.
When it hits 100°F, calls don't arrive politely spaced out — they arrive in a pile. A voicemail box and a single phone line simply cannot hold them.
This isn't a queue or a callback list — the agent holds every conversation at the same time, independently. Whether two people call or twenty, each one gets a full conversation.
Not a menu. Not "press 2." The agent detects the caller's language on the first sentence and runs the entire conversation — symptoms, address, urgency, scheduling — in fluent Spanish. In Texas, Florida, Arizona and California, that is a meaningful share of your inbound calls going to whoever can actually talk to them.
"Hola, buenas tardes. Entiendo, el aire no está enfriando y hace mucho calor. ¿Me puede dar su dirección? Tengo disponibilidad mañana entre las 9 y las 11."
Ask ChatGPT for the best HVAC contractors in your city. Look at what every name it returns has in common — then look at where you land against that bar.
The agent answers every call — including the ones that used to hit a busy signal or voicemail. Nothing leaks.
It books the job into your calendar. Now there's a real customer to serve — and later, to ask.
After the job, it asks for a review automatically — while the customer is still glad their AC is running. This is the step almost every shop forgets.
Fresh reviews, every week, are exactly what Google and AI tools reward. Recency beats a big old pile of reviews that stopped a year ago.
Higher ranking rings your phone more — and because the agent answers 24/7, you genuinely earn the "always available" signal those top listings all share. Every new call gets answered too. The loop feeds itself.
Straight answer: no one can promise you the #1 spot — Google and ChatGPT own their rankings, not us. What we control is that every call gets answered and every happy customer gets asked. That's the engine that builds the steady review flow ranking rewards. Free fixes like replying to your reviews and adding photos help once — this is what keeps it growing.
Move the sliders to your own numbers. We've set the defaults deliberately conservative.
This is an estimate, not a promise. It assumes the agent reaches about 60% of your unanswered callers (some don't pick up, some already moved on) and that they book at the same rate as your live calls. Your actual numbers depend on your market, season and how you follow up. We show it because you should do this math before paying anyone — including us.
It knows the difference between "no cooling and my mother is 84" and "I'd like to schedule a fall tune-up" — and it treats them completely differently.
Two callers or twenty, each gets a full conversation at the same moment. No hold music, no queue, no busy signal — which is the entire reason this exists.
Core CapabilityDetects the caller's language in the first sentence and switches completely — symptoms, address, urgency, scheduling. Most of your competitors send these callers to voicemail.
BilingualNo cooling in a heat wave, no heat overnight, a gas smell, water damage — the agent recognizes urgency, gathers the critical details, and texts your cell immediately for a live callback.
Priority RoutingQualifies the caller, checks your real availability, and books the slot directly into Google Calendar. The customer gets a confirmation text before they hang up.
Calendar SyncComplex install quote, a commercial account, or a customer who simply insists on a human — the agent transfers the call to the right number instead of dead-ending them.
Human HandoffAfter a completed job, a personalized text goes out with a direct link to your Google page — while the customer is still relieved their AC is running. One gentle reminder if there's no reply.
Included, All PlansGoogle Sheets, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Jobber, Monday — every caller's name, number, address and issue lands in the tool you already use. No manual entry, nothing lost on a notepad.
IntegrationsSent an install estimate and heard nothing? The agent follows up politely over the following days until they book, decline, or opt out — recovering jobs that normally go cold in silence.
RecoveryEvery call handled, every appointment booked, every emergency escalated, with recordings. You see exactly what you're paying for — and you can verify every booking we bill you for.
Full TransparencyYou keep your existing number. Nothing about how you operate changes.
Tell us your services, service area, hours, pricing ranges, and what counts as an emergency to you. That's the whole intake.
We configure the agent to your business and give you a number to call. You test it as much as you want, and we adjust the script until it sounds right to you.
Set your line to forward when busy or unanswered. Your team still answers everything they can — the agent only picks up what would have been lost.
Each month you get a report of every appointment it booked, with the call recording. You pay $50 for each one. Zero bookings means a zero invoice.
We're new. We'd rather say that plainly than invent testimonials from contractors who don't exist.
What we need right now isn't a big customer list — it's three real contractors willing to run this on their overflow line and let us document what actually happens. In exchange, you get terms we won't offer again.
All we ask in return: after 60 days, an honest conversation about the results — good or bad — that we can publish with your name on it. If it didn't work, we'd rather know and say so.
No setup fee. No monthly subscription. No contract. If it books nothing this month, you owe nothing this month.
That's it. Every invoice lists each booking with the call recording attached, so you can verify every single one before you pay.
Why we price this way: we're new and you have no reason to trust us yet. Charging a subscription would mean asking you to take the risk. This way we only make money when you do.
The 1,500 included minutes are there so neither of us gets surprised — a typical shop uses well under half. Past that it's $0.25/min, and we'd tell you before it ever happened.
Most sites in this space show five-star quotes from contractors with stock-photo faces. It's easy to do and almost nobody checks. We decided not to, because you'll find out eventually and then nothing else we say will count.
So instead of asking you to believe a testimonial, we're asking you to call the agent yourself at (740) 730-4160 and judge it in ninety seconds. Ask it something hard. Ask it in Spanish. Call twice at once from two phones. That's a better proof than any quote we could print here.
Who you're dealing with: Dominion AI is a small, independent operation — currently one person who builds and runs every deployment personally. That's a genuine trade-off: you get direct access and fast changes, not a 24/7 support desk. You should know that before you hand us your phone line.
What we run on: the voice layer is built on Vapi, telephony through Telnyx, automation through n8n, and scheduling through the Google Calendar API. These are established providers — you can look up every one of them.
Ninety seconds on the phone will tell you more than anything else on this page.
No card. No contract. You pay only for appointments it books.
